Your Facilitators

Amy Kobelt

Amy is an RCC and trauma therapist and has received supervision and embodiment training from Dr. Hillary McBride. She specializes in relational trauma, eating disorders and embodiment in her clinical work. She is passionate about supporting clients in learning how to connect with their bodies in a safe way and dismantle the oppressive forces that have led to disembodiment. Her journey of embodiment has focused on her experiences of finding joy and strength through movement and exercise, experiencing her body in nature, learning what it means for her to rest, and being delighted by delicious foods and tastes in her kitchen and while travelling. Outside of work Amy loves to explore new places, play beach volleyball, and curl up with a good cup of coffee.

Darcie Brown

Darcie is an RCC who specializes in relational trauma and neurodivergent families in her clinical practice. Darcie is passionate about embodiment and supporting women in their journey to connect with their bodies. Darcie’s path to living in her body took her through a variety of lived experiences: her body changing with three pregnancies and births, embracing her sensuality pole dancing, kihapping her way to a black belt in taekwondo, exploring tantric energy practices, and welcoming aggression in Krav Maga classes. Darcie currently enjoys gardening, hiking, and learning new weaving and embroidery techniques.
